A hard week

Logan woke up Monday morning around 4:30am sneezing and coughing and then crying in pain wit a fever. At first we thought he was getting another tooth and did the usual soothing things that have worked for the last five teeth -cuddles, hugs, Tempra for his fever, a Homeopathic remedy for teething called Camilia (you can get it at Loblaws) and lying down with him in the guest bedroom. We even tried giving him a bottle, which calmed him down a bit.

By this time it was 6:30am so we decided to start his morning routine...he ate his cereal but wouldn't eat cheerios or his cookie -something was definitely wrong!! Allan took the day off work and we took him to the doctors. It turns out he has an ear infection. Ouch!

He was very cuddly and wanted to be held all the time for the next few days. This lead me to throw out my back. Allan says it's a pitched nerve since the pain starts in my lower back and goes to my leg. Yikes!

Despite all this it was actually kinda nice to have a couple of days in bed cuddling and napping...
